We dance with our hands on the skin of the drum to uncover our own lost rhythm

Calling up rhythms from many countries and creating our own improvisations

We feel the pulse of nature and connection with the earth and our ancestors

On a voyage of self-discovery of hidden gifts and talents to self-empowerment

Finding our lost rhythm gives a feeling of oneness, and is another form of calming meditation.
